Bridged-race Postcensal Population in U.S. States and Counties by Race/Ethnicity and Age Group

Population by race/ethnicity and age group contains annual estimates of the resident population of the U.S., all 50 states, and their counties by age, sex, and race as of July 1st of each year. The originating source for all areas is County Population Estimates from the Bureau of the Census.
