This form summarizes the emissions of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) in California from 1990 to the present. Data are presented in millions of metric tons equivalent of CO2 (MMTCO2E). Please note that GHG possess different Global Warming Potential (GWP), i.e. Additional information on GWP can be found at the International Panel on Climate Change (Intergovernmental_Panel_on_Climate_Change). Categories reflect GHG emissions by gas and by source. The source for these data is the California Climate Action Team.
