Housing Sales Prices and Transactions by Zip Code Within a California City (Archives)

The data provider for this RAND California database has indicated that they will cease publishing housing price and foreclosure data with the Dec. 2002 time period. We are exploring other options of providing these data.

The number of transactions, sales prices and dimensions of residential housing are reported below. The prices found on this form reflect new homes plus resale. Data are available by city and zip codes within each city. The source is the California Association of Realtors.
