Housing Sales Prices and Transactions in California Counties and Cities

This database reports the number of sales, average sales price, average price per square foot, and average square footage of all homes, condos/townhouses, and single-family homes for California counties, cities, and zip codes. Please note that historical data may be revised at each quarterly update. All price data are unadjusted for inflation unless users adjust financial data for inflation as indicated below. The source is DataQuick News, and the data are based on County assessor and recorder public records. Dataquick does not grant permission for these data to be republished publicly.
